目的建立四臣止咳颗粒处方药材的最佳提取工艺。方法以岩白菜素、甘草酸、绿原酸的提取率和浸膏得率为指标,采用正交设计优选提取工艺参数。结果最佳工艺条件:分别用10、8倍量的60%乙醇回流提取2次,1 h/次,第1次提取前浸泡2 h。结论此工艺合理可行,适用于四臣止咳颗粒的提取。

Objective To establish an optimal extracting method of Sichen Zhike Granula. MethodsThe extracting method of Sichen Zhike Granula was optimized by orthogonal design，taking the extractionrate of bergenin, glycyrrhizic acid，and chlorogenic acid and extract yield as indexes. Results The optimal extracting method was reflux extracted twice(1h/time) with 10 and 8 times the volume of 60％ethanol，respectively; The medicinal materials were soaked for 2 h before the extraction. Conclusion The optimal technology is reasonable and suitable for the extraction process of Sichen Zhike Granula.
