[摘要]
目的优选乌梅炭炮制工艺。方法选择温度、翻炒频率、时间3个因素,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以实验小鼠凝血时间、止血时间、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为指标,结合成品性状、收得率及直径大小,综合分析优选乌梅炭的炮制工艺。结果乌梅炭优选炮制工艺:235℃,翻炒频率80次/min,炒制7.5 min。结论优选的炮制工艺可操作性强,工艺稳定,凝血作用增强,外观符合"表面焦黑色,内部焦黄色"的炒炭存性要求。

[Abstract]
Objective To determine the best processing technology of Prunus mume carbon. MethodsL9(34)Orthogonal design was used with three factors of processing temperature,stir-fry frequency,andtime. The indicators of processing technology of P. mume carbon were the blood coagulation time, hemo-stasis time of mice, the contents of the water-solubility, the extract of alcohol-solubility, combined with product characters, yielding rate, and diameter size to optimize the processing technology of P. mumecarbon. Results The optimized processing technology was as following:The processing temperature was235℃,the stir-fry frequency was 80 times/min,and the processing time was 7. 5 min. Conclusion Theoptimized processing technology is stable and operable,and meets the need to enhance the effect of bloodcoagulation,the carbonizing process of "the superficial burnt black,the internal burnt orange".
