[摘要]
目的利用甘蔗镰孢Fusarium sacchari对三七茎叶皂苷进行生物转化,以发现新的稀有抗肿瘤活性成分。方法转化产物通过硅胶、凝胶及液相色谱进行分离,得到化合物结构经波谱鉴定。结果分离得到了1个单体化合物,命名为三七皂苷-LZ(notoginsenoside-LZ),鉴定其化学结构为20(S)-3β-hydroxy-12β,23-epoxy-dammar-24-ene-20-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside。结论三七皂苷-LZ(notoginsenoside-LZ)为一新化合物。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of transformed products by Fusarium sac-chari and to find the rare ginsenosides with anti-tumor effects from the leaves of Panax notoginseng.Methods The compound isolated was separated by repeated silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC.' chro-matography. The structure was identified by analysis of its spectral data. Results A dammarane-type tri-terpene, notoginsenoside-LZ, 20(S)-3β-hydroxy-12β,23-epoxy-dammar-24-ene-20-O-β3-D-xylopyranosyl(1→6)-a-D-glucopyranoside,was isolated from the transformed products. Conclusion Notoginsenoside-LZ is a new compound.
