[摘要]
目的研究猪毛菜全草的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法分离纯化,依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从猪毛菜中分离得到小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-芹菜糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、天师酸(Ⅱ)、正三十一烷醇(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为猪毛菜苷(collinoside),化合物Ⅱ为首次从猪毛菜中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the constituents of Salsola collina. Methods The chemical constitu-ents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated byanalyses of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Three compounds were isolated andidentified as tricin-7-O-β-D-apiosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(I),tianshic acid(Ⅱ),and n-hentriacon-tanol(Ⅲ).Conclusion Compound I is a new compound named collinoside, compound Ⅱis isolated fromS. collina for the first time.
