[摘要]
目的:建立菝葜药材的脂溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), 以甲醇-0.1%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱, 体积流量1.0 mL/min, 柱温35 ℃, 检测波长303nm。结果:不同产地菝葜药材的指纹图谱有较好的相似度, 通过比较对应了山龙眼苷A、落新妇苷、白藜芦醇及黄杞苷4个对照品。结论:建立的方法能较好地反映了菝葜中二氢黄酮醇苷及二苯乙烯两类主要成分。

[Abstract]
Objective: To establish a fingerprint of hydropholic componentsin Smilax china by RPHPLC. Methods: The samples were separated on a Phenomenex C18 column with gradientelution of methanol and 0. 1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min and detected wavelength at 303 nm. Results: The similarity of S. china finger prints from different habitats is better and four major active constituents in S. china can be detected simultaneously, which named helicioside A, astilbin, resveratrol, and engeletin. Conclusion: The fingerprints can be used as aqualityncontrol method forndihydroflavonoids and stilbenes in S. china.
