[摘要]
目的:观察和分析骨疏丹对糖皮质激素强的松龙所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠的防治作用。方法:将60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为6组:对照组, 模型组, 骨疏丹大、中、小剂量(3、1、0. 3 g/kg)组及骨疏康组。观察骨疏丹对强的松龙所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠血液、骨组织指标及骨密度, 骨生物力学的影响。结果:8周后, 骨疏丹可明显增加强的松龙所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠的骨密度、骨生物力学以及血骨钙素, 骨钙、磷的量, 与模型组相比有显著差异, 并呈剂量依赖性关系。结论:骨疏丹可使强的松龙所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨钙、骨磷, 血骨钙素的量提高, 骨密度增加, 骨生物力学提高, 有明显的防治骨质疏松作用。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the preventive effects of Gushudan on osteoporosis in rats after administrated prednisolone. Methods: Wistar male rats(60)were divided into sixgroups:control group, modelgroup, Gushudan groups(3, 1, and 0. 3g/kg), and Gushukang 1 g/kg group. The effect was observed by measuring the levels of blood calcium, blood phosphorus, blood BGPcontent, bone calcium, bone phosphorus, bone density, and hone biomechanics. Results: After eight weeks, Gushudan significantly increased the bonedensity, bone biomechanics, blood BGPcontent, bone calcium, and bone phosphorus in modelgrouprats. Conclusion: Gushudan could increase bonedensity, bone biomechanics, blood BGP content, bone calcium, and bone phosphorus induced by prednisolone. These results suggest that Gushudan has a distinct preventive effect on osteoporosis rats.
