[摘要]
目的:研究猫儿刺Ilex pernyi叶的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法及半制备RP-HPLC对其化学成分进行分离, 利用光谱数据并结合理化性质鉴定分离得到的化合物。结果:从猫儿刺的干燥叶中分离鉴定了9个化合物, 分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、(6RS)-(Z)-2, 6-dimethyl-2, l-octadiene-1, 6-diol(Ⅱ)、(6RS)-(E)-2, 6-dimethyl-2, l-octadiene-1, 6-diol(Ⅲ)、8-hydroxypinoresinol(Ⅳ)、(+)-fraxiresinol(Ⅴ)、blumenol A(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)、3, 5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸丁酯(Ⅷ)、4、5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸丁酯(Ⅸ)。结论:该9个化合物均为首次从猫儿刺中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Ilex pernyi. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by various columnchromatographicmethods andsemi·-preparativeRP·HPLC. Their structures were identifiedby spectraldatatogetherwith physieochemical analysis. Results: Nine knowncompoundswere isolated and identified aspsitosterol(I), ((6RS))-((Z))-2, 6-dimethyl-2, l-octadiene-1, 6-diol(1), ((6RS))-(E)-2, 6-dimethyl-2, l-octadiene-1, 6-diol(1), 8-hydroxypinoresinol (IV), (+)-fraxiresinol(V), blumenol A(Ⅵ), daucosterin(Ⅶ), 3, 5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid butyl ester(Ⅷ), 4, 5-di-0-caffeoylquinic acidbutyl ester(IX). Conclusion: The nine compounds are isolated from thisplant for the first time.
