[摘要]
目的:研究五倍子石油醚和氯仿部位化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱及薄层色谱等进行分离纯化, 并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。用二倍稀释法测定了化合物Ⅰ对尖孢镰刀菌的抗菌活性。结果:共分离得到10个化合物, 分别为2-羟基-6-十五烷基苯甲酸(Ⅰ)、白果酚(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸-1, 3-二甘油酯(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、正二十五烷(Ⅴ)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、棕榈酸(Ⅶ)、月桂酸(Ⅷ)、肉豆蔻酸(Ⅸ)及没食子酸(Ⅹ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从五倍子中分离得到。化合物Ⅰ对尖孢镰刀菌显示中等的抗菌活性。

[Abstract]
Objective: To studythe chemical constituents of thepetroleum and chloroform extracts of Galla Chinensis. Methods: Using chromatographyon silic agel column and thin-layer chromatography to isolate and purify the compounds, using spectroscopy methods to elucidate their structures;using double dilution to screen antibacterial activities on Fusarium oxysporum. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as2-hydroxy-6-pentadecyl benzoic acid(I), 4-(pentadec-8-enyl)phenol(I), plamitie acid-1, 3-dipropyl ester(I), psitosterol(Ⅳ), pentacosane(V), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid (VI), plamitie acid(Ⅶ), lauricacid(Ⅶ), myristicacid(IX), and gallic acid(X). Conclusion: compounds I-Ⅵare obtained from Galla Chinensis for the firsttime. compound I shows moderate inhibitory activityon F. oxysporum.
