[摘要]
目的:研究喙荚云实Caesalpinia minax的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱方法分离纯化, 依据理化性质、波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从喙荚云实的95%乙醇溶液回流提取物中分离鉴定了-个呋喃二萜类化合物minaxin A, 并利用MTT法研究这个化合物对人肝癌细胞HepG2的生长抑制作用。结论:该化合物为新化合物, 药理活性实验结果表明minaxin A对人肝癌细胞HepG2具有-定的生长抑制作用。

[Abstract]
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia minax. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data and physico chemical properties. Results: One diterpene compound was isolated from the 95% alcohol extract of C. minax, which was named minaxin A, and the inhibitory activities of the compound on HeDG2 cell were studied by use of MTT method. Conclusion: Minaxin A is a new compoundand shows the significant inhibitory activities on HepG2 cell.
