中药四性的研究一直是困扰中医药界的热点和难点问题,迄今未取得实质性的进展,严重影响了中医药现代化的进程。把细胞凋亡学应用于中药四性的研究,定性定量刻画中药四性的生物学效应与细胞凋亡的关系。从细胞分子水平建立一个中药四性的模式识别系统,将成为衡量中药四性的一个新突破。结合国内外大量文献研究和本课题组的研究基础,对中药四性的发展和定位提出新的观点和思路,对中药四性的研究进行评述和前瞻性分析。

To study on the four natures(cold,hot,warm,and C001)of Chinese materia medica (CMM)is a central and knotty issue in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and no substantialprogress has been made so far,which is an obstacle in the course for the modernization of TCM.Byapplication of apoptosis for researching the four natures of CMM,the relationship between the biological efficiency and apoptosis has been explained in a qualitative and quantitative way.A pattern recognitionsystem for the four natures of CMM has been set up in a molecular level.That is a breakthrough tomeasure the four natures of CMM.Based on the abundant literatures at home and abroad,and the studydone as well,the original thinking and fresh viewpoint on the orientation and development for the fournatures of CMM have been put forward and then the explanation and prospective analysis on them havebeen carried out.
