[摘要]
目的 对穴贴定喘膏体外透皮试验用皮肤做比较研究,选择适宜亲脂性成分的实验皮肤。方法 应用TP-5型智能透皮扩散仪,以穴贴定喘膏中木兰脂素为考察指标,采用HPLC法测定,比较了不同种皮肤对穴贴定喘膏经皮渗透参数的影响。结果 累积渗透量:硝酸纤维素>裸鼠>小鼠>壳聚糖>大鼠>兔>乳猪>蛇蜕;时滞:蛇蜕>壳聚糖>硝酸纤维素>乳猪>兔>大鼠>小鼠>裸鼠。结论 硝酸纤维素膜可作为适宜亲脂性成分木兰脂素体外经皮渗透实验的理想皮肤模型。
