目的研究山杨Populus davidiana树皮的化学成分。方法用色谱方法分离山杨树皮的乙醇提取物。结果分离到一个新的酚苷类化合物(E)-5-羟基-2-[3,4,5-三羟基-6-(羟甲基)-四氢-2H-吡喃-2-氧]苯基3-(4-羟基苯基)丙烯酸酯。结论该化合物是一个新酚苷化合物,命名为山杨苷(davidianoside)。
