[摘要]
目的研究荨麻抗风湿活性部位的化学成分。方法运用柱色谱、制备型薄层色谱等方法对荨麻抗炎镇痛的活性部位进行分离;运用UV、IR、MS、NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从活性部位中分离并鉴定了12个成分,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅰ)、山柰酚(kaempferol,Ⅱ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅳ)、咖啡酸(caffeicacid,Ⅴ)、绿原酸(chlorogenicacid,Ⅵ)、东莨菪苷(scopolin,Ⅶ)、东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,Ⅷ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,Ⅸ)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅹ)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside,Ⅺ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅺ均为首次从荨麻中分得,其中化合物Ⅶ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ均为首次从荨麻属植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the EtOAC soluble fraction from Urtica fissa with obviously anti-inflammatory and analygestic effect. Methods The compounds were isolated by polyamide and silical gel colum chromatography and identified by UV, IR, NMR, and MS. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from U. fissa and identined as quercetin (Ⅰ), kaempferol (Ⅱ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), caffeic acid (Ⅴ), chlorogenic acid (Ⅵ), scopolin (Ⅶ), scopoletin (Ⅷ), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (Ⅸ), quercetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅹ), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (Ⅺ), β-sitosterol ( ⅩⅡ ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅺ are all isolated from U. fissa for the first time and compounds Ⅶ, Ⅹ, and Ⅺ are found in plants of Urtica L. for the first time also.
