目的研究亮光钹菌Coltriciumnitidum子实体的化学成分。方法氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂(1∶1)浸泡提取,浓缩提取液,所得浸膏经硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-8)、SephadexLH-20、D101大孔树脂、MCI树脂等多种材料进行分离,并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为3-羟基丁酰胺(Ⅰ)、邻苯二酚(Ⅱ)、肉齿菌素A(sarcodoninA,)、24-亚甲基-羊毛甾-7,9(11)-二烯-3-醇(Ⅲ)、麦角甾-5,8-过氧-6,22-二烯-3-醇(Ⅳ)、麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3-醇(Ⅴ)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、(4E,8E)-N-D-2′-hydroxy-palmitoyl-1-O-β-D-glycopyranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine(Ⅶ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该高等真菌中获得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Coltricium nitidum. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, RP-8, MCI gel, and D101 macroporous resin. Their structures were elucidated by spectral methods. Results The compounds were isolated and identified as 3-hydroxybutanoic amide (Ⅰ), 1, 2-bezenediol (Ⅱ), sarcodonin A (Ⅲ), 24-methylene-3-ol-lanosta-7, 9 (11)-dien (Ⅳ), ergost-5, 8-epidioxy-6, 22-dien-3-ol (Ⅴ), ergosta-5, 7, 22-trien-3-ol (Ⅵ), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol-glycoside (Ⅶ), and (4E,8E)-N-D-2′-hydroxy-palmitoyl-1-O-β-D-glyco-pyranosyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine(Ⅷ). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from this high fungus for the first time.
