[摘要]
目的研究黑三棱Sparganium stoloniferum的化学成分。方法用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱数据结合化学反应确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(Ⅲ)、6,7,10-三羟基-8-十八烯酸(Ⅳ)、香草酸(Ⅴ)、对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ)、α-棕榈酸单甘油酯(Ⅶ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)。结论化合物~和~均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
objective To study the chemical constituents in Sparganium stoloniferum.Methods Thecompounds were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH一20 ehromatographies.The structures ofisolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical reactions.Results Ninecompounds were isolated and their structures were identified as daucoster01 palmitate(I),sitosterolpalmitate(Ⅱ),24一methylenecycloartanol(Ⅲ),6,7,10 trihydroxy一8一octadecenoic acid(Ⅳ),vanillicacid(V),P_hydroxybenzaldehyde(Ⅵ), 2,3-dihydroxypropyl palmitate(Ⅶ), 5-hydroxymethyl一2 fu—raldehyde(Ⅶ),D—sitosterol(IX).Conelusion Compounds I一Ⅲand V一Ⅷare obtained from the plants of Sparganium L.for the first time.
