[摘要]
目的研究筋骨草A jug a d ecum bens的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱对筋骨草的甲醇提取浸膏进行分离纯化,得到5个单体,并通过光谱分析鉴定了其结构。结果这5个单体分别被鉴定为1-辛烯-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-(1-6)-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1-2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(Ⅰ)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(Ⅱ)、6,7-二羟基-香豆素(Ⅲ)、5,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)和谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ajuga decumbens. Methods Five compounds were isolated from methanol extraction and purified with silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were 1-octen-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-6)-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ), n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (Ⅱ), 6, 7-dihydroxy-coumarin (Ⅲ), 5, 7-dihydroxy-4′-methylflavone (Ⅳ), and 3-O-β-D-glucopyranositosterol (Ⅴ). Conclusion 〖WT5BZ〗These five compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
