[摘要]
目的为开发利用霞草Gyp soph ila oldham iana根部资源,并从中寻找新的天然活性成分。方法利用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术并辅以化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从霞草根部甲醇提取物的正丁醇部分和醋酸乙酯部分分得3个五环三萜化合物,分别鉴定为:齐墩果酸(o leano lic ac id,Ⅰ)、co llinsogen in(Ⅱ)、3-O--βD-xy lopyranosy l-(1→3)-[-βD-ga lactopyranosy l-(1→2)]--βD-g lucuronopyranosy l gypso-gen in(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅲ为新化合物,命名为霞草苷Ⅰ(o ldham ianos ideⅠ);化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To look for new active constituents from Gypsophila oldhamiana and explore the root resources. Methods Various column chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification of the principles. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. Results Three triterpenoids were obtained and identified as oleanolic acid (Ⅰ), collinsogenin (Ⅱ), 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-[β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D〖WTBZ〗-glucuronopyranosyl gypsogenin (Ⅲ). Conclusion Compound Ⅲ is a new compound named as oldhamianoside Ⅰ. Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
