[摘要]
目的 制备和鉴定马蔺子素-羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)包合物,并考察了马蔺子素与HP-β-CD之间的包合机制及构成摩尔质量比。方法 采用冷冻法制备马蔺子素-HP-β-CD包合物,摩尔梯度法和连续递变法考察了包合物中主客分子之间的包合摩尔比;分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对包合物进行鉴定。结果 主客分子摩尔梯度和反应热力学结果显示,25、35、45℃下HP-β-CD与马蔺子素包合摩尔质量比为2:1,具有最大的增溶特性和较大结合常数,其冻于粉经鉴别已形成包合物。结论 马蔺子素包合物能显著增大药物的溶解度和稳定性。

[Abstract]
Objective To parperare and identify the irisquinone-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(irisquinone-HP-β-CD)inclusion compound.The inclusion mechanism and mol ratio of irisquinone and HP-β-CD were studied simultaneously.Methods The irisquinone-HP-β-CD was prepared with lyophilization technique.The mol ratio between host and guest moleculars was also researched by molecular gradient and continuing variational methods in inclusion processing.At the same time,the inclusion compound was identified by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)methods,respectively.Results The above-mentioned systems showed the mol ratio of HP-β-CD-irisquinone(2:1)and the inclusion compound enhanced remarkably the most solubilization and more combined constant of irisquinone in 25,35,and 45℃.The lyophilized powder had been formed inclusion compound by identifying.Conclusion It is advantageous to increase the solubilization and to strengthen the stability of irisquinone by preparing inclusion compound.
