[摘要]
目的 研究阔鳞鳞毛蕨根的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶色谱、葡聚糖凝胶色谱和制备薄层色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及各种光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 从阔鳞鳞毛蕨乙醇提取物分离得到10个化合物,分别为:绵马素-BB(aspidin-BB,Ⅰ)、绵马素-AB(aspidin-AB,Ⅱ)、aemulin-BB(Ⅲ)、methylene-bis-desaspidinol(Ⅳ)、pseu-do-aspidinolB(Ⅴ)、methyl-phlor-butyrophenon(Ⅵ)、desaspidinol(Ⅶ)、hop-22(29)-ene(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)和(E)-3-二十九碳烯-2-酮(Ⅹ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ-Ⅳ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。化合物绵马素-BB具有抗肿瘤活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Dryopteris championii.Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with Sephadex LH-20 and silica gel and preparative thin layer chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral evidence.Results Ten compounds were identified as aspidin-BB(I),aspidin-AB(1I),aemulin-BB(Ⅲ),methylene-bis-desaspidinol(Ⅳ),pseudo-aspidinol B(V),methyl-phlor-butyrophenon(VI),desaspidinol(Ⅶ),hop-22(29)-ene(W),B-sitosterol(IX),and(E)-3-nona-cosene-2-ketone(X).Conclusion Compound I-Ⅳ,ⅥandⅦare isolated from this plant for the first time.Antitumor effects of aspidin-BB are investigated.
