[摘要]
目的 气相色谱-质谱法对枳壳饮片挥发油进行化学成分的分析。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从枳壳中提取挥发油。用归-化法测定各组分的体积分数,并用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果 共鉴定了186个成分,占挥发油总成分的90%以上,不同产地及炮制前后对枳壳饮片挥发油含量影响较大。结论 此方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于枳壳挥发油的化学成分分析,为枳壳饮片的质量进-步评价提供了-定的科学依据。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil in processed pieces of Fructus Aurantii(PPFA)bv GC-MS.Methods The volatile oil was obtained from PPFA by steam disti-llation.The amount of the components from the volatile oil were determinated by area normalization method.The separated components were identified bv GC-MS.Results Composed of the total volatile oil over 90%,186 components were separated and identified.The effect on the content of PPFA from different habitats is remarkable.Conclusion The method is reliable,stable and has good repeatability.This method can be applied to the analysis of volatile oil components in PPFA.It will provide the certain scientific methods for further evaluating of PPFA quality.
