[摘要]
目的研究毛大丁草Gerbera piloselloides 根的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂层析法分离纯化,薄层色谱及光谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 从乙醇提取物中的正丁醇萃取部分分得6个化合物,其结构鉴定为熊果苷(Ⅰ) ,瑞香素-8-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ) , 2, 6-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ) , 1, 4-二羟基-2, 6-二甲氧基苯-4-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ) ,丁香酸葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ) , ma rmesinin (Ⅵ)。结论 Ⅱ ~ Ⅵ 首次从该属植物中分离得到。
