La(NO3)3和C(NO3)3在浓度不同时对灵芝菌丝的生长及其培养液中的残糖量的影响不同。2mmol/LLa3+和Ce3+能抑制灵芝菌丝的生长,抑制率分别为32.58%和42.76%;低浓度(≤1mmol/L)的La3+和Ce3+能促进菌丝生长,以0.5mmol/LLa3+和Ce3+的促进率最高,分别达到35.21%和57.01%,且随浓度的降低这种促进作用逐渐降低。菌丝生长量与培养液中的残糖量没有明显的相关,只有生长量最大的0.5mmol/L的La3+和Ce3+的培养液中的残糖量比对照低,其余皆比对照高。

Different concentrations of La3+ and Ce3+ showed different effect on the growth and residual sugar con-tent of Ganoderma lucidum cultural meduim. At a concentration of 2 mmol/L, La3+ and Ce3+ inhibited 32. 5800 and 42. 760o respectively the growth of G.lucidum myceluim,whereas lower concentration(<1 mmol/ L)promoted the growth of myceluim.with 0.5 mmol/I. showing the maximum effect,which attained an in-crease of 35. 21%and 57. O1%respectively. Thereafter.the effect on growth regressed as the concentration was further lowered. The effect on growth was not notably relative to the residual sugar content of the cultur-al medium,which was lower than the control at the maximum growth effect of 0.5 mmol/L concentrations of La3+ and Ce3+.while higher than the control at all other concentrations.
