心肌细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)产生减少, 过氧化脂质生成增多以及心肌细胞膜流动性的异常与心肌梗塞的发生有着重要的关系。本实验通过对乳鼠心肌细胞的体外培养, 观察到中药心复康可明显提高缺氧性心肌细胞的SOD的活性, 降低过氧化脂质含量并且提高心肌细胞膜流动性, 维持其正常功能。实验结果提示心复康可有效地增强心肌细胞抗缺氧性损伤的能力。

Myocardial infarction was known to be closely related with the decrease of SOD, increase of lipid peroxidationn and abnormal cell membrane fluidity of myocardial cells. The effect of Xinkukang, a compound Chinese herbal preparation was studied in vitro incubation of myocardial cells of scucking mice. Results showed that Xinfukang could improve the activity of SOD, decrease lipid peroxidation and improve membrane fluidity of the hypoxic myocardial cell, suggesting that Xinfukang can enhance the antianoxia ability of myocardial cells.
