目的 分析研究联合使用血栓通注射液与高压氧对脑梗死患者的血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法 选择2012年8月-2014年4月杨凌示范区医院收治的脑梗死患者92例为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组给予高压氧治疗,实验组给予高压氧联合血栓通注射液治疗,观察患者血脂及血液流变学指标的变化。结果 治疗后,实验组患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a(LP-a)均显著低于对照组患者,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组患者治疗后的载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)对比差异无统计学意义。治疗后,实验组患者血浆黏度、红细胞压积(Hct)及血沉(ESR)均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合使用高压氧与血栓通注射液有助于改善脑梗死患者的血脂和血液流变学,具有积极的临床意义。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the effect of Xueshuantong Injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The research object was chosen from the patients treated in Yangling Demonstration Zone Hospital Yang ling from August 2012 to April 2014. There were 92 patients participated in the research and divided them into two groups randomly:the experimental group and the control group. The control group only received the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, whereas the patients in experimental group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Xueshuantong Injection. The changes of blood lipid and blood rheology indexes were compared in the patients. Results After treatment, the triglyceride glycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and lipoprotein a (LP-a) of the patients in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the patients in control group, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) between the experimental group and control group of patients after treatment. After treatment, the plasma viscosity, red blood cell hematocrit (HCT), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of patients in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using hyperbaric oxygen combined with Xueshuantong Injection is helpful in improving the serum lipid and hemorheology of patients with cerebral infarction.
