气道炎症是许多呼吸系统疾病共同的病理特征,气道炎症程度是判断病情严重程度和指导临床治疗的基础。SEC14L3是一个来源于气道上皮的分泌蛋白,选择性地分布在呼吸器官的气道上皮细胞,其表达量随着气道炎症的加重而显著减少,与气道炎症程度成高度负相关。这表明SEC14L3很可能成为气道炎症的新标志物及气道炎症治疗的新靶点。通过监测SEC14L3表达量的变化,为呼吸系统疾病的诊断和治疗提供重要的参考价值。

Airway inflammation is the common Pathological characteristics of many respiratory diseases, and the degree of inflammation can be used to judge the severity of the disease. SEC14L3 is a secretory protein in airway and specifically expressed in airway epithelium of respiratory organs. The expression is highly and inversely associated with the progression of airway inflammation. It indicates that SEC14L3 is likely to be a new marker and therapeutic target of airway inflammation,which provides useful information in diagnosis and therapy by monitoring SEC14L3 expression.
