目的 分析2015—2018年天津港口医院门诊抗精神病药品的使用情况和变化趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对2015—2018年天津港口医院门诊抗精神病药品的销售量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均药费（DDC）、药品排序比（B/A）进行统计和分析。结果 2015—2017年，门诊抗精神病药品的销售金额逐年增长，但在2018年出现下降趋势。典型抗精神病药品的年均增长率远远大于非典型抗精神病药品。抗精神病药物的DDDs逐年增长，氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片、奥氮平片的DDDs始终居前2位。各类抗精神病药品的DDC排名基本稳定。奥氮平片和氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片的DDC值较大，并分别位居前两位。氯丙嗪注射液和富马酸喹硫平片的B/A等于1.00。舒必利片和利培酮片的B/A接近1.00。盐酸齐拉西酮胶囊的B/A大于1.00。结论 天津港口医院门诊抗精神病药品使用情况基本合理，个别药品存在不合理用药情况，需要加强监督管理。

Objective To investigate the usage and variation tendency of antipsychotic substances in outpatient of Tianjin Port Hospital from 2015 to 2018, in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The utilization, consumption sums, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A) of antipsychotic substances in outpatient of Tianjin Port Hospital from 2015 to 2018 were calculated and analyzed. Results Consumption sums of antipsychotic drugs in outpatient increased year by year from 2015 to 2017, but showed a downward trend in 2018. The average annual growth rate of typical antipsychotics is much higher than atypical antipsychotics. DDDs of antipsychotic drugs increased year by year, and DDDs of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets and Olanzapine Tablets always ranked the top two. DDC rankings of antipsychotic substances were stable. DDC of Olanzapine Tablets and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets were larger, and ranked the top two. B/A of Chlorpromazine Injection and Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets was equal to 1.00. B/A of Sulpiride Tablets and Risperidone Tablets was close to 1.00. B/A of Ziprasidone Hydrochloride Capsule was greater than 1.00. Conclusion The use of antipsychotic drugs in outpatient of Tianjin Port Hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still some unreasonable use, and supervision should be strengthened to standardize medication behavior.
