目的 研究乌灵胶囊联合盐酸安非他酮缓释片治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年12月—2017年12月青海大学附属医院接收的120例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组患者口服盐酸安非他酮缓释片，1片/次，2次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服乌灵胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d，温开水送下。7 d为1个疗程，两组患者持续治疗8个疗程。观察并记录两组患者的临床疗效，对比两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。结果 治疗4、8周后，两组HAMA和HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前，且治疗8周后HAMA和HAMD评分显著低于治疗4周后，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4、8周后，治疗组患者HAMA和HAMD评分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 乌灵胶囊联合盐酸安非他酮缓释片治疗老年抑郁症具有较好的临床疗效，能够改善患者HAMD和HAMA评分，安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Wuling Capsules combined with Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets in treatment of geriatric depression. Methods Patients (120 cases) with geriatric depression in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wuling Capsules on the basis of the control group with warm water, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A course of treatment had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 8 courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the HAMA and HAMD scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment of 4 and 8 weeks, the HAMA and HAMD scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the HAMA and HAMD scores after treatment of 8 weeks were significantly lower than 4 weeks after treatment, the difference were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment of 4 and 8 weeks, the HAMA and HAMD scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Wuling Capsules combined with Bupropion Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of geriatric depression, can improve the HAMA and HAMD scores, with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
