目的 探究多酶片联合苹果酸氯波必利片治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究。方法 选取2016年3月-2017年12月在商洛市中心医院诊断为功能性消化不良的患者120例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例。对照组口服苹果酸氯波必利片，首次服用半片（0.34 mg），1片/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服多酶片，3片/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组临床疗效，同时比较两组的临床症状评分、临床症状改善时间和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的临床总有效率分别为70.00%、90.00%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者腹胀、早饱、上腹痛、胃烧灼感评分均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组临床症状评分显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组饱胀不适感、腹部疼痛感、恶心和呕吐、反酸改善时间明显短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗期间，对照组和治疗组的不良反应发生率分别为18.33%、8.33%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 多酶片联合苹果酸氯波必利片治疗功能性消化不良具有良好的临床疗效，能够改善患者的临床症状，安全性较高，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Multienzyme Tablets combined with Clebopride Malate Tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Patients (120 cases) with functional dyspepsia in Shangluo Central Hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clebopride Malate Tablets, taken half a tablet for the first time (0.34 mg), 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Multienzyme Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, the improvement times of clinical symptoms, and the adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 70.00% and 90.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of abdominal distension, early full, upper abdominal pain, and stomach burning sensation in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement times of discomfort, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, and sour regurgitation in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reaction rates in the control and treatment groups were 18.33% and 8.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Multienzyme Tablets combined with Clebopride Malate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, with higher safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
