[摘要]
目的 观察消渴丸联合艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年7月-2017年7月武汉市第一医院收治的2型糖尿病患者108例,根据患者入院顺序分成对照组和治疗组,每组各54例。对照组给予艾塞那肽注射液,早晚餐前1 h于上臂或者腹部皮下注射5 μg,治疗1个月后加用剂量至10 μg/次维持。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服消渴丸,10丸/次,2次/d,温开水送服。两组患者均连续治疗2个月后对临床各指标进行评价。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、DSQL评分、三酰甘油(TG)的变化情况。结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.33%、96.30%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及HbA1c水平均较治疗前显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及HbA1c水平显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者DSQL评分均显著升高,但HOMA-IR、TG及hs-CRP均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组DSQL评分显著高于对照组,但HOMA-IR、TG及hs-CRP均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消渴丸联合艾塞那肽治疗2型糖尿病临床效果显著,可降低患者血糖指标,改善患者生存质量,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiaoke Pills combined with exenatide in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients (76 cases) with type 2 diabetes in Wuhan NO.1 Hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were divided into control (54 cases) and treatment (54 cases) groups according to the patients admission order. Patients in the control group were sc administered with Exenatide Injection 5 μg in the upper arm or abdomen 1 h before breakfast and dinner, and after 1 month the dosage was added to 10 μg/time for maintenance. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoke Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose after meal, HOMA-IR, HbA1c, hs-CRP, DSQL score, and TG in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment group were 83.33% and 96.30%, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose after meal, and HbA1c were significantly decreased in two groups, and there were differences in the same group (P< 0.05). After treatment, fasting blood glucose, 2 h blood glucose after meal, and HbA1c in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, DSQL score was significantly increased in two groups, but HOMA-IR, TG, and hs-CRP were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, DSQL score was higher than that in the control group, but HOMA-IR, TG, and hs-CRP were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoke Pills combined with exenatide has significant clinical effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes, and can reduce blood glucose indexes and improve life quality, which has a certain clinical application value.
