目的 探讨胆舒胶囊联合茴三硫治疗结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月在天津市泰达医院诊断并进行治疗的110例结石性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，以随机入组方式分成对照组和治疗组，每组各55例患者。对照组采用茴三硫片口服进行治疗，25 mg/次，3次/d；治疗组患者在此基础上加用胆舒胶囊口服治疗，0.9 g/次，3次/d。两组结石性胆囊炎患者给予持续8周的治疗。观察两组的临床疗效，比较治疗前后胆囊壁厚度、胆囊排空率，中医证候积分、VAS评分、血清细胞因子水平的变化情况。结果 治疗后，治疗后，治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.55%、83.64%，两组总有效率比较存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。经过治疗，两组患者胆囊壁厚度均明显下降，而胆囊排空率均大幅上涨（P＜0.05）；且治疗后，治疗组胆囊壁厚度低于对照组，胆囊排空率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。经过治疗，两组结石性胆囊炎患者中医证候积分和VAS评分均显著降低（P＜0.05）；且治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分和VAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。经过治疗，两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平均显著下降（P＜0.05）；且治疗后，治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 胆舒胶囊联合茴三硫片治疗结石性胆囊炎疗效显著，不仅能够有效改善患者中医临床症状和胆囊收缩功能，而且还能够降低胆囊壁厚度，改善血清学相关指标，值得临床上借鉴推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danshu Capsules combined with anethol trithione in treatment of calculous cholecystitis. Methods A total of 110 patients with calculous cholecystitis diagnosed and treated in Tianjin Teda Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 55 patients in each group. Patients in control group were po administered with Anethol Trithione Tablets, 25 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Danshu Capsules on basis of control group, 0.9 g/time, 3 times daily. Two groups of patients with calculous cholecystitis were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical effects of two groups were observed, and the changes of gallbladder wall thickness, gallbladder emptying rate, TCM syndrome score, VAS score and serum cytokine level before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.55% and 83.64%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, gallbladder wall thickness decreased significantly in both groups, but gallbladder emptier rate increased significantly (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gallbladder wall thickness of treatment group was lower than that of control group, and the gallbladder emptier rate was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores of patients with calculous cholecystitis in both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in 2 groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Danshu Capsules combined with anethol trithione has significant curative effect in treatment of calculous cholecystitis, and can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and gallbladder systolic function of patients, but also reduce the thickness of gallbladder wall and improve serological related indexes, which is worth clinical reference and promotion.
