骨质疏松已是全球健康问题,因此寻找安全、有效、不良反应少的抗骨质疏松症药物是社会所关注的问题。环烯醚萜类化合物在植物界分布较广,具有多种药理活性。环烯醚萜类化合物可通过多种途径促进成骨功能、抑制破骨功能,发挥抗骨质疏松作用。归纳了环烯醚萜类化合物抗骨质疏松症的作用机制,为开发新型抗骨疏松症药物提供参考。

Osteoporosis is a global health issue, and finding safe, effective, and low adverse reaction anti-osteoporosis drugs is a social concern. Iridoids are widely available in various plants, and have multiple pharmacological effects. Iridoids can promote osteogenic function, inhibit osteoclast function, and exert anti-osteoporosis effects through various pathways. This article summarizes the mechanism of action of iridoids against osteoporosis, providing reference for the development of new anti-osteoporosis drugs.
