目的 探讨愈风宁心片联合富马酸比索洛尔片治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床研究。方法 选取2020年10月—2022年10月战略支援部队特色医学中心收治的110例稳定型心绞痛患者，以不同治疗方案分为对照组和治疗组，各55例。对照组口服富马酸比索洛尔片，起始剂量为2.5 mg/次，1次/d，根据患者情况调整剂量，每日不可超过10 mg。治疗组在此基础上口服愈风宁心片，5片/次，3次/d。两组治疗1个月。观察两组的疗效、心绞痛发作情况、血管内皮功能因子。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者心绞痛发作次数、平均持续时间均下降（P＜0.05），且治疗组心绞痛发作次数、平均持续时间低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清内皮素-1（ET-1）、血栓素B₂（TXB₂）水平均降低，一氧化氮（NO）水平均升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组患者血清ET-1、TXB₂水平低于对照组，NO水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 愈风宁心片联合富马酸比索洛尔片可提高稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效，改善心绞痛发作情况和血管内皮功能。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yufeng Ningxin Tablets combined with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets in treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 110 patients with stable angina pectoris in Strategic Support Force Characteristic Medical Center from October 2020 to October 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatment regimens, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets, with an initial dose of 2.5 mg, once daily. The dose was adjusted according to the patient's condition, and should not exceed 10 mg daily. On this basis, patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yufeng Ningxin Tablets, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the curative effect, angina pectoris attack, and vascular endothelial function factor level of both groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and average duration of angina pectoris in two groups were decreased (P< 0.05), and the frequency and average duration of angina pectoris in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of endothelin 1 (ET-1) and thromboxane B₂ (TXB₂) decreased in both groups, while the levels of nitric oxide (NO) in two groups were increased (P < 0.05). Compared with control group, the serum levels of ET-1 and TXB₂ in the treatment group were lower, while the serum levels of NO in the treatment group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yufeng Ningxin Tablets combined with Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of stable angina pectoris, improve the attack of angina pectoris and vascular endothelial function.
