目的 优化树脂柱色谱法脱除银杏叶提取物中总银杏酸的最佳工艺。方法 通过单因素和响应面法实验,以体积流量、洗脱剂乙醇体积分数、洗脱液接收体积为考察因素,以银杏叶提取物中总银杏酸去除率、总黄酮转移率和提取物收率的综合评分为指标,优化树脂柱色谱法脱除总银杏酸最佳工艺。结果 最佳工艺参数为体积流量1.2 BV/h,洗脱剂乙醇体积分数70%,洗脱液接收体积3 BV。结论 本工艺稳定、可行、重复性好,可作为银杏叶提取物树脂柱色谱脱酸工艺。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize process for removing total ginkgolic acids in Ginkgo biloba extract by resin column chromatography. Methods Single factor and response surface method experiment was used, the flow rate, ethanol concentration of eluent, and collection volume of eluent was as factors, and the removal rate of total ginkgolic acids, transfer rate of total flavonoids, and yield of Ginkgo biloba extract were comprehensively evaluated. The process of removing total ginkgolic acids by resin column chromatography was optimized. Results The optimal process parameters were the flow rate of 1.2 BV/h, the ethanol concentration of eluent of 70%, and the eluent collection volume of 3 BV. Conclusion The process is stable, feasible, and has good repeatability, and can be used as resin column chromatography deacidification process for Ginkgo biloba extract.
