[摘要]
目的 优选广藿香挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备的高速剪切包合工艺。方法 在单因素考察的基础上,以收得率、包合率的综合评分为评价指标,采用G1-熵权法结合星点设计-响应面法,对剪切转速、剪切时间、β-环糊精与挥发油质量比例进行考察。通过Design-Expert 8.0.6.1软件分析各因素的交互作用优选最佳工艺参数。结果 采用高速剪切法制备广藿香挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳包合工艺条件为:β-环糊精与挥发油质量比例8∶1,剪切时间3 min,剪切转速4 200 r/min,β-环糊精与水质量比例1∶7。结论 优化了广藿香挥发油β-环糊精包合物的高速剪切法制备的最佳工艺参数,为后续相关产品的开发研究和生产提供指导。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Pogostemon cablin volatile oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion. Methods On the basis of single factor investigation, G1-entropy weight method combined with central composite design and response surface method was used. Shear speed, shear time, and the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil were investigated with the comprehensive score of yield rate and inclusion rate as evaluation indexes. The interaction of various factors was analyzed by Design-Expert 8.0.6.1 software, and the optimized preparation process was investigated. Results The optimal inclusion process of high speed shear inclusion process was as follows:the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil was 8:1, the shear time was 3 min, the shear speed was 4200 r/min, and the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water was 1:7. Conclusion The optimized inclusion process of Pogostemon cablin volatile oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion is optimized, and can provide guidance for the development and production of related products in the future.
