目的 观察参贝北瓜膏联合丙酸倍氯米松治疗儿童哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法 纳入2021年1月—2022年6月唐山市工人医院收治的160例哮喘急性发作期患儿为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各80例。对照组雾化吸入吸入用丙酸倍氯米松混悬液，2 mL/次，2次/d。治疗组口服加用参贝北瓜膏，8 g/次，3次/d。两组患儿治疗14 d。观察两组患儿临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患儿症状改善时间，肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气末容积（FEV1）、最大肺活量（FVC）和FEV1/FVC水平，及炎症因子指标肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、干扰素-γ（INF-γ）、血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）和半乳糖凝集素-3（Gal-3）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组（96.25% vs 86.25%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组症状改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组FEV1、FVC与FEV1/FVC水平均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组TNF-α、IL-4、SAA和Gal-3水平均低于治疗前，而INF-γ水平高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组患儿炎症因子指标水平明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 参贝北瓜膏联合丙酸倍氯米松治疗哮喘发作期儿童的临床疗效更高，能够更好的控制炎症反应，改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenbei Beigua Cream combined with beclomethasone propionate in treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods Children (160 cases) with bronchial asthma in Tangshan Workers' Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control and treatment group according to the random number table method, and each had 80 cases. Children in the control group was inhalation administered with Beclometasone Dipropionate Suspension for inhalation, 2 mL/time, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Shenbei Beigua Cream on the basis of the control group, 8 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, the pulmonary function indexes of FEV1, FVC, and FEV1/FVC, inflammatory factor index of TNF-α, IL-4, SAA, Gal-3, and INF-γ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (96.25% vs 86.25%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptom improvement time and hospital stay time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-4, SAA, and Gal-3 in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the level of INF-γ was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Shenbei Beigua Cream combined with beclomethasone propionate in treatment of children with bronchial asthma is higher, which can better control the inflammatory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms.
