目的 探讨防风通圣颗粒联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗过敏性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年3月—2021年10月唐山市中医医院收治的118例过敏性皮炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各59例。对照组外用糠酸莫米松乳膏，2次/d。在对照组的基础上，治疗组口服防风通圣颗粒，3 g/次，2次/d。两组治疗14 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者症状缓解时间，皮损面积，生活质量评分，血清炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、γ干扰素（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素-13（IL-13）和IL-4水平及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率（98.31%）明显高于对照组（83.05%，P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组症状缓解时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组皮损面积评分、生活质量评分均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组血清炎性因子IL-13、TNF-α、IL-4水平明显下降，而IFN-γ水平明显升高（P＜0.05）；且治疗组明显好于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组不良反应发生率为6.78%，明显低于对照组（15.25%，P＜0.05)，结论 防风通圣颗粒联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗过敏性皮炎疗效确切，能减低机体炎性反应状态，并有效缩短症状缓解时间，且安全有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy for Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Creams in treatment of allergic dermatitis. Methods Patients (118 cases) with allergic dermatitis in Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to October 2021 were divided into control and treatment group by random number table, and each group had 59 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Mometasone Furoate Creams, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of symptom, the score of skin lesion area and quality of life, the levels of serum IL-13, TNF-α, IL-4 and IFN-γ, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.31%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.05%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin lesion area and quality of life in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-13, TNF-α, and IL-4 in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of IFN-γ were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.78%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.25%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Fangfeng Tongsheng Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Creams is effective in the treatment of allergic dermatitis, which can reduce the state of inflammatory reaction, and effectively shorten the time of symptom relief, and is safe and effective.
