目的 探讨速效救心丸联合阿罗洛尔治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年12月—2021年12月攀枝花市中西医结合医院收治的136例心绞痛患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各68例。对照组口服盐酸阿罗洛尔片，10mg/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上含服速效救心丸，5粒/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况（次数和持续时间）、心绞痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、血瘀证评分、西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ）评分，以及血清内皮素-1（ET-1）、一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率是92.6%，显著高于对照组的80.9%（P＜0.05）。两组心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前显著减少，持续时间则均显著缩短（P＜0.05）；且均以治疗组改善更显著（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后心绞痛VAS评分和血瘀证评分均显著降低，SAQ评分则均显著增加（P＜0.05）；且治疗组以上评分改善更显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组血清ET-1、MCP-1、MMP-9水平均显著下降，血清NO、SOD水平均显著上升（P＜0.05）；且均以治疗组改善更显著（P＜0.05）。结论 速效救心丸联合阿罗洛尔治疗心绞痛的总体疗效确切，能安全有效地控制患者心绞痛发作，减轻机体氧化应激和炎性损伤，保护血管内皮功能，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with arotinolol in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods A total of 136 patients with angina pectoris admitted to Panzhihua Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Arotinolol Hydrochloride Tablets, 10 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the angina attacks (times and duration), visual analogue scale (VAS) score, blood stasis syndrome score, Seattle Angina Scale (SAQ) score, serum endothelin-1 (ET-1), nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.6%, which was significantly higher than 80.9% of the control group (P<0.05). The frequency and duration of angina attacks in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The improvement was more significant in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score and blood stasis syndrome score of angina pectoris were significantly decreased, and SAQ score was significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05). The above scores of the treatment group were improved more significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET-1, MCP-1, and MMP-9 in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the serum levels of NO and SOD were significantly increased (P<0.05). The improvement was more significant in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with arotinolol has a definite overall curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris, and can safely and effectively control the attack of angina pectoris, reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory injury, protect vascular endothelial function, which can improve the quality of life of patients.
