罗汉果中特有成分罗汉果醇及其衍生物罗汉果皂苷是一类葫芦烷型三萜糖苷。近年来，罗汉果醇及其衍生物罗汉果皂苷的药理作用引起了研究人员的广泛关注。对罗汉果醇及其衍生物罗汉果皂苷在保肝作用、神经保护作用、抗炎作用、抗肿瘤作用、治疗糖尿病及其并发症方面的研究进行综述。

As special components from Siraitia grosvenorii, mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides is a kind of cucurbitane triterpene glycosides. In recent years, the pharmacological effects of mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides have attracted wide attention of researchers. This article summarizes the effects of mogrol and its derivatives mogrosides on liver protection, neuroprotection, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, treatment of diabetes and its complications.
