目的 探讨花红胶囊联合阿奇霉素片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年4月—2021年9月在郑州大学第三附属医院就诊的69例慢性盆腔炎患者，根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组（34例）和治疗组（35例）。对照组患者口服阿奇霉素片，1g/次，1次/d，共1d。治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服花红胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d。以7d为1个疗程，两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程，每个疗程之间停药3d。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组临床症状缓解时间、疼痛程度评分、生活质量、炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为91.43%，较对照组的总有效率64.71%更高（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的白带消失时间、腹痛缓解时间、乏力缓解时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS评分较治疗前均下降（P<0.05），且治疗组的VAS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组生理职能、精神功能、生理功能、社会功能、精力、一般情况、躯体疾病、情感功能评分较治疗前均升高（P<0.05），且治疗组生理职能、精神功能、生理功能、社会功能、精力、一般情况、躯体疾病、情感功能评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）水平较治疗前均明显下降（P<0.05），且治疗组血清IL-2、IL-8、IL-6、CRP水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 花红胶囊联合阿奇霉素片治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效，可改善临床症状，提高其生活质量，降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huahong Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients (69 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from April 2019 to September 2021 were divided into the control group (34 cases) and the treatment group (35 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Tablets, 1 g/time, once daily, for 1 d. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huahong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A course had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 3 courses, and 3 d were discontinued between each course of treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms to relieve time, pain degree score, quality of life, and inflammation factor level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%, which was higher than that (64.71%) of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the leucorrhea disappearance time, abdominal pain relief time, and fatigue relief time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiological function, mental function, physiological function, social function, energy, general condition, somatic disease, and emotional function in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of physiological function, mental function, physiological function, social function, energy, general condition, somatic disease, and emotional function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-8, IL-6, and CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P< 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-8, IL-6, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Huahong Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can improve clinical symptoms, improve their quality of life, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
