慢性肾脏病一直以来是世界范围内的公共卫生问题，一旦错过早期干预期，进入终末期肾脏病只能行肾脏替代治疗来维持生存。槲皮素是一种植物类黄酮，槲皮素及其衍生物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗凋亡、抗纤维化等作用。槲皮素及其衍生物槲皮素3-O-葡萄糖苷酸、二氢槲皮素能够抑制氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、抑制纤维化、抑制细胞凋亡、调节肠道菌群、预防造影剂肾病，在保护肾脏方面发挥重要作用。对槲皮素及其衍生物治疗慢性肾脏病的作用机制进行综述，希望为临床用药提供参考。
