目的 探讨地奥心血康胶囊联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年3月—2022年2月郑州颐和医院收治的78例急性心肌梗死患者，将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各39例。对照组口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片，首次剂量300 mg/d，1次/d，连续治疗3 d后，剂量改为75 mg/次。治疗组患者在对照组患者基础上口服地奥心血康胶囊，2粒/次，3次/d。两组连续治疗1个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组心功能指标和血清生化指标。结果 治疗后，治疗组患者的总有效率89.74%明显高于对照组的总有效率71.79%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的左室射血分数（LVEF）、心排血量（CO）、舒张早期与晚期最大血流比（E/A）值显著升高（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组的LVEF、CO、E/A值比对照组高（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、N末端B型钠尿肽原（NT-proBNP）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗组的CK-MB、NT-proBNP、IL-1β水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 地奥心血康胶囊联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片可提高急性心肌梗死的疗效，改善心功能，减轻心肌炎性损伤。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets in treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Patients (78 cases) with acute myocardial infarction in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 39 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets, the first dose was 300 mg/d, once daily. After 3 days of continuous treatment, the dose was changed to 75 mg/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the cardiac function index and serum biochemical indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.79%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the LVEF, CO, and E/A values of two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05); and the LVEF, CO, and E/A values of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB, NT-proBNP, and IL-1β in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05),and the levels of CK-MB, NT-proBNP, and IL-1β in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets can improve the curative effect of acute myocardial infarction, improve cardiac function, reduce myocardial inflammatory injury.
