目的 培养左氧氟沙星单晶,进行结构表征。方法 用乙腈–水体系培养单晶,并用单晶X射线衍射仪(SXRD)检测分析。结果 制备得到左氧氟沙星无色片状晶体,该晶胞属于单斜晶系,空间群为P21,分子式为C18H20FN3O4·H2O,相对分子质量为379.38,晶体密度为1.469 mg/mm3,绝对构型为S构型。结论 实验证明了左氧氟沙星的立体构型,培养的晶体晶型为一水合物。

[Abstract]
Objective To cultivate single crystal of levofloxacin, and to characterize the structure of Levofloxacin. Methods Cultivate single crystals with acetonitrile-water system, and single crystal X-ray diffractometer (SXRD) was used to detect and analyze. Results Levofloxacin colorless acicular crystal was obtained, and SXRD confirmed the monoclinic lattice with space group P21 in levofloxacin. The chemical formula and relative molecular mass were C18H20FN3O4·H2O and 379.38, and crystal density was 1.469 mg/mm3, absolute configuration was S style. Conclusion crystal structure of levofloxacin is characterized, and the crystal form of the cultured crystal is levofloxacin monohydrate.
