目的 研究艾附暖宫丸联合间苯三酚治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2019年6月陕西省第四人民医院收治的98例原发性痛经患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各49例。对照组肌内注射间苯三酚注射液，月经第1天注射，40 mg/次。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服艾附暖宫丸，6 g/次，3次/d，经前3 d开始服药，连续口服14 d停药。两组治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者疗效和随访结果，比较治疗前后两组患者疼痛强度VAS评分、疼痛持续时间、前列腺素F2α（PGF2α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）和β-内啡肽水平及子宫动脉血流参数。结果 随访3个月后，治疗组临床有效率81.6%，明显高于对照组的59.2%（P<0.05）。治疗后、随访3个月后，治疗组VAS评分和疼痛持续时间均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组PGF2α、IL-6、IL-10水平均显著降低，而β-内啡肽显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者子宫动脉血流参数显著降低（P<0.05），且与对照组相比，治疗组降低更明显（P<0.05）。结论 艾附暖宫丸联合间苯三酚治疗原发性痛经不仅疗效良好且作用时间持久，不良反应率低。

Objective to study the clinical effect of Aifu Nuangong Pills combined with phloroglucinol in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Patients (98 cases) with primary dysmenorrhea in the Fourth People's Hospital of Shaanxi from January 2019 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Phloroglucinol Injection on the first day of menstruation, 40 mg/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Aifu Nuangong Pills 3 d before menstruation, 6 g/time, three times daily, and treated for 14 d. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycle. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and follow-up results was evaluated, the VAS scores and pain duration, PGF2α, IL-6, IL-10 and β-Endorphins levels, and uterine artery blood flow parameters in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After 3 months of follow-up, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 81.6%, which was significantly higher than 59.2% in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment and 3 months of follow-up, the VAS score and pain duration in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PGF2α, IL-6, and IL-10 in two groups were significantly decreased, while β-endorphin were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the uterine artery blood flow parameters in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Aifu Nuangong Pills combined with phloroglucinol in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is not only effective and lasting, but also has a low rate of adverse reactions.
