目的 探讨复方双花口服液联合美洛西林舒巴坦钠治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月在天津市泰达医院儿科住院治疗的86例小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿，根据随机数字法将86例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿分为对照组和治疗组，每组各43例。对照组患儿静脉滴注注射用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠，75 mg/kg，使用5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠溶液100 mL或150 mL稀释，8 h/次。治疗组患儿在对照组的基础上口服复方双花口服液，4～7岁，10 mL/次，4次/d，7岁以上，20 mL/次，3次/d。两组患儿连续用药5 d。观察两组患儿的临床疗效，比较两组患儿临床症状缓解时间、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）。结果 治疗后，治疗组患儿总有效率是97.67%，显著高于对照组的79.07%（P<0.05）。治疗过程中，治疗组患儿发热、咽痛、脓性分泌物、扁桃体肿大等临床症状缓解时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平均显著降低（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组血清炎性因子水平低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 复方双花口服液联合美洛西林舒巴坦钠治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎具有较好的临床疗效，能有效改善患儿临床症状，降低炎性反应，值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Compound Shuanghua Oral Liquid combined with mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods A total of 86 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis hospitalized in tianjin TEDA Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected. According to the random number method, 86 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for injection, 75 mg/kg, diluted with 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride solution 100 mL or 150 mL, 8 h/time. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Shuanghua Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 4-7 years old, 10 mL/time, 4 times daily, 7 years old and over, 20 mL/time, 3 times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and clinical symptom remission time, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than 79.07% in the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the improvement time of fever, sore throat, purulent secretion, and enlarged tonsil in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Shuanghua Oral Liquid combined with mezlocillin sodium and sulbactam sodium has good clinical effect in treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the inflammatory response, which is worthy of clinical promotion and usage.
