目的 探讨金振口服液联合美洛西林钠治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年10月—2020年10月在濮阳市人民医院治疗的172例急性支气管炎患儿的临床资料，根据用药的差别分为对照组和治疗组，每组各86例。对照组静脉滴注注射用美洛西林钠，0.1～0.2 g/kg加入生理盐水100 mL，1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服金振口服液，6个月～1岁5 mL/次，3次/d；2～3岁10 mL/次，2次/d；4～7岁10 mL/次，3次/d；8～12岁15 mL/次，3次/d。两组患儿均治疗7 d。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状消失时间，血清白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞百分比（NEUT）、淋巴细胞百分比（LYMPH）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、降钙素原（PCT）和白细胞介素-17A（IL-17A）水平。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为98.84%，明显高于对照组的82.56%（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组临床症状改善时间明显早于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿血清WBC和NEUT显著降低，但LYMPH水平显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组改善最明显（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿血清hs-CRP、IL-4、IL-8、PCT、IL-17A水平均显著下降，且治疗组降低最明显（P<0.05）。结论 注射用美洛西林钠联合金振口服液治疗急性支气管炎不仅可有效改善患儿临床症状，还可显著降低机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with mezlocillin in treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods The clinical data of 172 children with acute bronchitis treated in Luohe Third People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control and treatment groups according to different treatments, and each group had 86 cases. Children in the control group were iv administered with Mezlocillin Sodium for injection, 0.1 — 0.2 g/kg added into normal saline 100 mL, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Jinzhen Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 5 mL/time for 6 months to 1 year old children, 10 mL/time for 2 — 3 years old children and twice daily, 10 mL/time for 4 — 7 years old children, 15 mL/time for 8 —12 years old, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, the levels of serum WBC, NEUT, LYMPH, hs-CRP, IL-4, IL-8, PCT and IL-17A in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.84%, which was significantly higher than 82.56% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum WBC and NEUT were significantly decreased, but the level of LYMPH were significantly increased in two groups (P<0.05), and the improvement was the most obvious in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-4, IL-8, PCT, and IL-17A were significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with mezlocillin in treatment of children with acute bronchitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
