目的 探讨曲克芦丁片联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年12月—2019年12月在南阳市眼科医院治疗的60例中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者，随机分组法分成对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组口服卵磷脂络合碘片，3 mg/次，3次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服曲克芦丁片，180 mg/次，3次/d。两组均经3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效，比较治疗前后两组患者最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、黄斑中心凹厚度（CMT）和黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚（SFCT）和视网膜下积液（SRF）及血液流变学指标全血黏度（WBV）、血浆黏度（PV）、红细胞数量（RBC）。结果 经治疗，对照组总有效率为80.00%，显著低于治疗组的96.67%（P<0.05）。经治疗，两组BCVA、SRF、CMT、SFCT均显著改善（P<0.05），治疗组改善最明显（P<0.05）。经治疗，两组血清WBV、RBC、PV均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组最明显（P<0.05）。结论 曲克芦丁片联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变可有效促进患者视力提高，改善血液流变学指标和眼底光敏感度，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of troxerutin combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy.Methods Patients (60 cases) with central serous chorioretinopathy in Nanyang Eye Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Iodized Lecithin Tablets, 3 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Troxerutin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 180 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and the BCVA, SRF, CMT and SFCT, and the hemorheology indexes WBV, RBC, and PV in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%, which was significantly lower than 96.67% of the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, BCVA, SRF, CMT, and SFCT were significantly improved in two groups (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum WBV, RBC, and PV decreased significantly in two groups (P<0.05), especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Troxerutin combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy can effectively improve the visual acuity, the hemorheology indexes and the light sensitivity of fundus, which has a certain clinical application value.
