目的 探讨肺力咳胶囊联合阿莫西林治疗急性气管-支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选取2016年6月-2019年6月北京市东城区第一人民医院收治的96例急性气管-支气管炎，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各48例。对照组口服阿莫西林胶囊，0.5 g/次，3次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服肺力咳胶囊，3粒/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组的临床疗效，比较两组典型症状的消失时间、白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞百分率（NEUT%）异常情况、血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、白介素（IL）-8、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是83.3%、95.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组在典型症状咳嗽、咳痰的消失时间上均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后WBC、NETU%异常率均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05）；但治疗后，治疗组血象情况优于对照组同期（P<0.05）。两组治疗后血清各项炎症标志物（TNF-α、IL-8、hs-CRP）水平均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05），且治疗组下降更显著（P<0.05）。结论 肺力咳胶囊联合阿莫西林治疗急性气管-支气管炎整体疗效良好，可迅速减轻患者症状，恢复血象，拮抗机体炎症反应，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Feilike Capsules combined with amoxicillin in treatment of acute tracheal-bronchitis. Methods Ninety-six patients with acute tracheal-bronchitis admitted to the First People's Hospital of Dongcheng District in Beijing from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group (n=48) and treatment group (n=48). The control group was po administered with Amoxicillin Capsules, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. The treatment group was po administered with Feilike Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The disappearance time of typical symptoms, white blood cell count (WBC), abnormal percentage of neutrophils (NEUT%), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-8, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the control and treatment groupswas 83.3% and 95.8%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). In the disappearance time of typical symptoms of cough and cough, the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The WBC and NETU% abnormal rates were significantly lower in the two groups than before treatment (P<0.05). However, after treatment, the blood levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The concentrations of serum inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-8, hs-CRP) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Feilixie Capsule combined with amoxicillin has overall effect in the treatment of acute tracheal-bronchitis, and can help to quickly alleviate the symptoms of patients, improve peripheral blood, down-regulate the expression level of relevant inflammatory markers in the blood, which has a certain clinical application value.
