目的 探讨愈风宁心片联合硝苯地平治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年2月-2019年2月在商洛市中心医院治疗的慢性稳定型心绞痛患者92例，根据用药的差别分为对照组（46例）和治疗组（46例）。对照组口服硝苯地平缓释片，10 mg/次，1次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上口服愈风宁心片，5片/次，3次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效，同时比较治疗前后两组患者心绞痛发作次数和持续时间，SF-36、SAQ、6 min步行距离、症状评分及血清内皮素-1（ET-1）、可溶性CD40配体（sCD40L）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）和一氧化氮（NO）水平。结果 治疗后，对照组临床有效率为80.43%，显著低于治疗组的97.83%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均显著减少（P<0.05），且治疗组心绞痛发作次数和持续时间明显小于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者SF-36量表积分、SAQ积分、6 min步行试验距离均明显增加（P<0.05），且治疗组SF-36、SAQ、6 min步行距离明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者胸痛、心悸、胸闷、头晕目眩积分均显著下降（P<0.05），且治疗组胸痛、心悸、胸闷、头晕目眩积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清ET-1、sCD40L、sVCAM-1、sICAM-1水平均显著下降（P<0.05），NO、CGRP水平均显著升高（P<0.05），且治疗组血清指标水平明显好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 愈风宁心片联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗慢性稳定型心绞痛可有效改善患者临床症状，促进血管内皮改善，提高运动耐量。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Yufeng Ningxin Tablets combined with nifedipine in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (92 cases) with chronic stable angina pectoris in Shangluo Central Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control (46 cases) and treatment (46 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nifedipine Sustained-releaseTablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yufeng Ningxin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, SF-36 scores, SAQ scores, 6 min walking distance, symptom scores, and serum levels of ET-1, sCD40L, sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 CGRP, and NO in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.43%, which was significantly lower than 97.83% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 scores, SAQ scores, and 6 min walking distance in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of chest pain, palpitation, chest distress, dizziness in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET-1, sCD40L, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but NO and CGRP levels were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yufeng Ningxin Tablets combined with nifedipine in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote the improvement of vascular endothelium, and improve exercise tolerance.
