目的 探讨血府逐瘀胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年10月-2018年9月在天津市宁河区医院就诊的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组各40例。对照组口服克林霉素磷酸酯片，0.3 g/次，2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服血府逐瘀胶囊，4粒/次，3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的主要症状体征消失时间、血液流变学指标。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.00%、92.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、盆腔包块、盆腔积液消失时间短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体均明显降低，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且治疗后，治疗组的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 血府逐瘀胶囊联合克林霉素磷酸酯片治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的临床疗效，能缩短症状体征消失时间，改善血液流变学水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation in Ninghe District Hospital of Tianjin from October 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets, 0.3 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappeared time of main symptoms and signs, and hemorheology in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 92.50%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearing time of lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral distension, pelvic mass, and pelvic effusion in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, whole blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, and D-dimer in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the hemorheology indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules combined with Clindamycin Phosphate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs, and improve the level of hemorheology, which has a certain clinical application value.
