目的 研究孕康颗粒联合注射用绒促性素治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年10月-2018年10月襄阳市妇幼保健院收治的110例习惯性流产患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组各55例。对照组患者肌肉注射注射用绒促性素，4 000 U/次，1次/3 d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服孕康颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d。两组患者均接受治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效，比较两组的妊娠成功率、激素水平。结果 治疗后，对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.82%、92.73%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，对照组和治疗组妊娠成功率分别为81.82%、92.73%，两组妊娠成功率比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、雌二醇（E₂）和孕酮（P）水平均显著升高，同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且治疗组患者血清HCG、E₂和P水平明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 孕康颗粒联合注射用绒促性素治疗习惯性流产具有较好的治疗效果，能提高孕激素水平和妊娠成功率，安全性较好，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yunkang Granules combined with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for injection in treatment of habitual abortion. Methods Patients (110 cases) with habitual abortion in Xiangyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 55 cases. Patients in the control group were intramuscular injection administered with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for injection, 4 000 U/time, once every three days. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yunkang Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and pregnancy success rate and hormone levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 92.73%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pregnancy success rates in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 92.73%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of HCG, E₂, and P in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yunkang Granules combined with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for injection has a good therapeutic effect in treatment of habitual abortion, can improve hormone levels and pregnancy success rates, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
